We are looking for Ecosystem Development Specialist / Senior Specialist teammates to work in our Ecosystem Development Unit, which carries out activities such as competitions, acceleration programs, hackathons, entrepreneur-investor programs, industrialist-entrepreneur collaborations, trainings, mentoring, consulting, etc. for the development, transformation and progress of the technology-based entrepreneurship ecosystem together with all stakeholders in accordance with the vision and mission of Bilişim Vadisi.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To bring new products and technologies into the economy;

*Ensure the design and implementation of acceleration programs for entrepreneurs.

*Manage the application process to select entrepreneurs and start-ups to participate in the acceleration program.

*Work with jury members and evaluation committees during the selection process.

*Identify and organize training and development needs for program participants.

*Match participants with expert mentors and monitor the mentoring process.

*Monitor and evaluate the impact of the program and the performance of participants.

*Prepare regular reports on the progress of the program and present them to senior management.

*Develop collaborations with universities, research centers, investors and industrial organizations.

*Strengthen relationships with local and international entrepreneurship networks.

*Provide financial and institutional support to ensure the sustainability of the acceleration program.

REQUIREMENTS

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.

*Minimum of 3 years experience in similar positions.

*Preferably good command of English.

*Knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship ecosystem.

*Project management experience.

*Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Planning and organization, problem solving, and analytical thinking skills.

*Ability to work in a team.
